Revels & Other European Dance Activities

• Tues 7/28 – Sat 8/1, 9PM - Open Dancing
  Join us each evening for dancing by request!
• Sat 8/1, 9AM-11AM - Children's Ball hosted by THL Darius the Dancer
  Dance and be merry! This is the perfect ball for children, beginners, and experts wanting to have fun. Dances will have just enough instruction to keep everyone on the right foot. All youth in attendance require a responsible adult to be present.
• Sun 8/2, 4PM–5PM Staff & Faculty Social hosted by THL Margherita Battistina
  Come meet the staff and faculty who make the School of European Dance happen!
• Sun 8/2, 8PM in the Great Hall - Beginner’s Ball hosted by THL James Blackcloak
  Not a dancer? Or have two left feet? This is the ball for you! The Beginners' Ball teaches every dance. No partner needed!
• Mon 8/3, 9PM - Southern Elegance hosted by Baroness Serafina Alamanni
  The Italians, bastions of style, set the fashions of centuries of dance. Come delight in the elegance of Italian-inspired dance.
• Tues 8/4, 9PM - Northern Revelry hosted by Mistress Felice Debbage
  From Branles to Country Dance, Northern Europe made dance light and fun! Revel in dances English and French.
• Wed 8/5, 3PM–5PM in Casa Bardicci - Dancing at the Villa: A 15th Century Ball
  Join us for a 15th Century Italian Ball at Casa Bardicci. Don't miss this opportunity to dance in the villa by the lake!
• Wed 8/5, 9PM - Fête of Fortune hosted by Master Lorenzo Petrucci
  Surrender yourself to the Fates on this night of madness! Spin the Wheel of Dance and learn what excitement the evening will hold for you.
  Followed by Open Dancing.
• Thu 8/6, Noon – 2PM - English Ball hosted by Lady Mirabella Walmsley
  English dances, mostly from Playford but also some Inns of Court and Gresley. All will have been taught previously but each will be reviewed beforehand.
• Thu 8/6, 9PM - The Dean’s Favorites hosted by THL Margherita Battistina
  Come help the newest laurel of dance celebrate with a few of her favorite dances.
• Don't forget the Flash Mob, run by Mistress Felice Debbage. Come to the Flash Mob prep class on Monday, 8/3 at 10AM.
