Includes a brief history of where this form of mediation came from and how/why it developed, including its relation to Shaolin kung-fu. This form of meditation has been practiced in China since the early 5th century. This will include actual sitting meditation instruction. Bring a cushion, towel or something else to place on the floor to sit on.
